I just returned home to Atlanta after traveling just under 3-weeks. I had a planned trip to NYC for a long weekend and then work and vacation in Los Angeles for another two weeks. Upon my return my sister asked me to join her and my nephew for a day trip to Charleston, South Carolina. Being the day trip queen that I am of course I obliged. I was ready because I always try to keep my BAGS PACKED…
I believe that if you prepare you won’t have to get ready. The more prepared you are the less missed opportunities you’ll encounter. I really believe that being prepared also gives you confidence to execute the task or challenge ahead of you. You are just ready. There is a certain amount of development and learning that has to take place in order to be ready, all a part of the preparation phase. And when preparation meets opportunity it’s not luck, it’s being ready, passing the required test and God’s presentation of a particular thing. Make sure you’re prepared…BAGS PACKED.
Quote: “It’s better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not to be prepared.” -Les Brown
Tip: Take the necessary steps to prepare yourself for the things you want in life. Research, study, pray and mediate on it. And if you really want it go get it but make sure you prepare.
