I was hoping for decent weather for my entire trip exploring the New England states. I mean after all it is May. It’s still in-between seasons for this part of the region the temps a bit below average. Oh and the rain, so far it hasn’t let up much. I wished for good weather, sunny skies but what I got was RAIN.
I thought well, I have to make the best of it. I can’t control mother-nature and coming back this way anytime soon is not in the plans. So I played the rainy days by ear. Most of traveling writing has to do with the photos just as much as the experience. People want to see what your adventure was like, where you were, how big was it really. And without good photos it doesn’t have the same effect. I believe just like the unpredictable nature of weather making the most of life is going with the flow. If it’s raining, you may have deviate the plans a bit. The slightest adjustment is all it takes. And being denied of your full intentions or schedule is often times God protecting you from something or trying to get your attention. Either way it’s for your good. You won’t always have sunny days but you can do just fine with the RAIN.
Quote: “Celebrate the rain; it only means that the sun shall shine bigger and brighter than ever.” Unknown
Tip: Be flexible. When your plans fall through or things don’t go your way do not fret. Immediately think of what to do next. Pray, talk to wise counsel and sometimes you have to let things breathe and then react.
What a joy to find such clear thigiknn. Thanks for posting!
