You know the kind that is just “different”. The kind that you know is strong enough to last, LOVE…

There is just something distinctively different about this love. I knew it right away. After the first phone conversation really. Something light years different than what I had ever experienced, ALL in a good way. A thing so strong I didn’t need anyone to “co-sign” on, I was just certain of it’s uniqueness. This LOVE is destiny personified. I’m grateful I took the time to really focus on me + clean up the residue of past relationships, childhood insecurities, tragedy, hurt, disappointment + rejection in every way. It helped me learn to love myself which allowed me the capacity to open up + welcome love. And though I have my flaws I have someone that embraces + appreciates them. I’m grateful to God for this love.

Fear is the opposite of love, I’m reminded of the scripture The Bible 1 John 4:18 (KJV) says, “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” It’s imperative that I learned to love myself making it easier to give it away to others…LOVE.
