“My heart is afraid to suffer.”
“Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. No heart had ever suffered when it goes in search of it’s dreams, because every second of the search is a second encounter with God and with eternity.” –Paulo Coelho

Something I’ve told myself, “I don’t want to suffer”. I don’t want the feeling of another let down, broken promises, good intentions gone wrong, sleepiness nights, feeling like an outcast, uncomfortable, like a stranger and the emptiness of feeling alone…just flat out unfulfilled. What I am doing? I’ve asked myself countless times! Why am I here? What’s my true purpose?

My heart answers and says “Your dreams have you here, your courage in the pursuit of them has you here. Your urge to keep pushing has you here. Your desire to help others and leave an impact has you right where you are.”

…and I listen to my heart. And with tears in my eyes as I write and recall all that I’ve been through in following my heart I’m reminded of this: In addition to realizing your dreams you’ve got to master the lessons along the journey toward your dreams. Most people give up, the ones that make it are severely tested.

So I’ll keep listening to my heart…cause that’s what matters, MATTERS OF THE HEART!

Quote: “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” –Walt Disney

Tip: Start pursuing your dreams now! Procrastination and fear are two big hinders of reaching your dreams. Don’t live with regrets, just try…start today!
