Life is full of issues and difficulties, it’s life. Your journey can be plagued with the good, bad and indifferent. It is up to you to process each situation, deal with it and move on. To internalize and harbor things from the past in any capacity only harms you. Constantly ignoring and letting life’s challenges lie dormant is unhealthy as well.
It gets really uncomfortable at times and it’s easier to push a situation back to your unconscious mind. And until it comes up again you don’t have to deal with it. It’s not benefitting you by holding off. It can keep you from growing in a certain area in your life, block blessings and effect relationships. Don’t create excuses as a way of justifying not being hurt or fearing the ultimate outcome. Not everything is going to feel good. Deal with the issue head on, it’s ok if you have to CRY ME A RIVER, do it and move on.
Quote: “Cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it.” –Justin Timberlake
Tip: The quicker you can deal, heal and get over a situation the better. Try see the situation for what it is, forgive if you need to and move forward.
